State of Emergency

A surreal story about a daring theft of coffins containing the remains of deceased presidents of Croatia and Serbia; a general haunted by the temptation to commit suicide; and a Croatian government minister who, during a prison ceremony, unexpectedly locks himself in one of the cells and refuses to leave.
